Ernesto's application is assessed using the Competition Assessment Form Matrix and Assessors provide score (green = good, red = bad), and add relevant comments to each rating point.
Once this process is complete it's time for Heather to receive a report of her solution options.
Data is Gathered
Heather begins to receive useful data from the system to her devices.
Heather's dashboards light up with useful information about building occupancy, energy usage, and allocation of staff resources.
UPPlift's experts receive a selection of the data to compile their Measurement & Verification report.
Option 2 - Call for Innovators
UPPlift is able to use its platform to send a call out to a global community of solution providers.
They work with Heather to develop clear criteria that all applications must meet.
Once both parties are satisfied with the information, they hit the button to launch the call:

Success and Expansion
Thor Inc. is able to make use of the data to verify the success of the pilot.
Based on the pilot, Heather and her team are able to use evidence-based decision making to begin expanding its implementation within Thor’s portfolio of properties!
